GCE Cutting & Welding Training 2016

18-19th of May, 2016 GCE Hungary organized a training workshop for their partners, similar to Sept. 2015 event made for Hungarian customers, but now focusing on GCE Hungary’s South-East European regional best customers.

Colleagues were arriving from Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria. The training, workshop was placed in Czech at GCE’s main production site in Chotebor.

The workshop was focusing on GCE’s biggest business area CWT (Cutting and Welding Technologies) but we had theoretical presentation about Medical (Med) and High Purity (DruVa) fields too.

The seminar program has turned out more than eventful: the guests were told about the future plans and prospects of development of the company, updates to product lines.

The main sensation of the event was technical part of the training on second morning where all colleagues (upon if they wanted) could try hand cutting in practice with a GCE X511 high performance cutting torch, under controlled safety instruction by GCE product champions working in GCE SRO (CZ). More we had a few very interesting and useful information about necessity of safety equipment usage to avoid flame flash-back can happen without any serious mistake of cutting people.
